For Every 'NO’, We Saw Opportunities

It is been 418 days since I left my salaried job. Or on a positive note, I can say that it is been 394 days since I begun my journey of entrepreneurship. A journey that has given a lot of Self realisation, motivation, perseverance, patience and of course a lot of sleepless nights too :).

One of the most important thing in Entrepreneurship is starting the venture based on what you are good at. And another most important thing is choosing a partner who hold the same passion as you do and who is very good at something that you are not. On that note, very glad to have started this venture with Rajesh Krishnamoorthy.

Identifying new customers is always a challenge for startup ventures. And the challenge quadruples when the startup is into Recruitment space and you see a slump in hiring across the market especially when you have just started your venture.

But, whenever we are in the middle of challenges, we gotta assume that we are in our comfort zone. Coz, worrying isn’t going to serve the purpose. That’s something we had preprogrammed in our minds before starting the venture.

For every ’NO' we got from our customers, we saw opportunities.

In spite of the slump, how is it that few companies are still doing good?

They do good, because they have created a niche for themselves.

That point was something for us to ponder. We took it seriously and started working on it. We did find something in our search. Though we had worked in the industry for years, it had to take a moment of self-realization for that to come out in words, Digital Recruitments.

The percentage of customers giving ‘NO' decreased slowly and the percentage of customers hearing our proposals increased positively. The team worked hard to convert the new customers as happy customers. The more the happy customers, the more steady were our steps.

Now Millions Advisory had successfully entered the 2nd year with an aspiration to create many many many more happy customers in the Recruiting space. Wish us luck!
